Beach

Beaches 435-437: These three beaches lie in the south east corner of the bay and face north. They receive little swell and have usually calm but steep beach faces, fronted by a white sand bay floor, with dense seagrass growing further out. The first of the three (435) is actually on Bristol Point and consists of a 40 m pocket of sand surrounded by the rocks of the point. East of the point the main beach (436) runs east for 1 km to Scottish Rocks, with Scottish Rocks Beach (437) extending for 300 m before it becomes a mixture of rock and sand at a location called Hole In The Wall and trends to the north. Camping is available behind Bristol Point with foot access to the beach at its western end, while Scottish Rocks Beach can be reached via two foot tracks leading in a few hundred metres from the main road.
