Beach

Beach Q 149 is located on the north side of the port immediately to the west of Namaleta Creek mouth. It is a 900 m long southeast-facing strip of high tide sand, backed by a 30 ha series of cheniers. The beach is fronted by 2 km wide mud flats, and grades into mangroves to the east.
