Beach

South of Rocky Point are three small, rock dominated beaches - Rocky Point, Arthur Point and Zilzie Beach. The three beaches face east and are all bordered by rocky points and intertidal rock flats.

Arthur Point beach (1379) is similar, only longer at 300 m and backed by higher bluffs also occupied by houses. It has a relatively steep high tide beach and a 50 m wide low tide bar with rocks to either end. Due to the backing houses, access is restricted to around the rocks from Rocky or Zilzie.

Swimming

These are three relatively exposed beaches dominated by rocky boundaries. Be careful at Rocky and Arthur, as rips can run out against the rocks when waves are breaking. Zilzie is the most accessible and safest of the three.

Surfing

Chance of low, spilling breakers at Arthurs and Zilzie.

Fishing

Best off the many rocks at high tide.

General

Three beaches largely surrounded by an expanding residential area, with formal public access to Zilzie only.
