Eagle Beach (T 292) commences 150 m to the south with low rocky points bordering each end of the 800 m long beach. The beach receives waves averaging about 1 m which maintain a 50 m wide bar usually cut by two rips, with rips forming against the boundary rocks during higher waves. Partly cleared slopes back the beach, with two small creeks descending to either end of the beach from the 190 m high Eagles Sugarloaf, located 1 km west of the beach. The Cockle Bay track passes 100 m in from the beach.
