The western half of Sarge Bay commences 100 m to the west and is a double crenulate 900 m long steep reflective beach (WA 617). Rock ridges and inshore reefs dominate the bay, with low waves at the shore. The road runs along the back of the beach, clipping the western end. The base of 20 m high Cape Leeuwin forms the western boundary, and extends 700 m to the south.
