Jindalee Beach is a narrow sandy beach backed by 5-10m high dunes and rocky outcrops. There are sections of rock and reef platforms along the shoreline and in the wave zone. Low swell and reflective beach conditions usually prevail with a bar and rips occurring only during and following periods of higher waves.
